How cute is this? All you need to complete this project is the following:
What you will do is cut felt into squares of similar size. In sample shown I threaded 3 of each color together for a handful of times then threaded a bell. This is a very customizable garland that anyone can make!

Looks like it would be really bulky, saw a pattern similar a few years back but using pinking shears and cutting out circles.
