How cute is this? All you need to complete this project is the following:
- DMC floss in color of choice
- Needle
- Scissors sharp enough for fabric
- Bells or other embellishments
- Felt
What you will do is cut felt into squares of similar size. In sample shown I threaded 3 of each color together for a handful of times then threaded a bell. This is a very customizable garland that anyone can make!
