Glitter, sponge, paintbrush
- Sponge warm white paint onto light bulb and wood circle. Let dry.
- Thin small amount of Rookwood Red with water. Sponge on near screw end of bulb for cheeks. Sponge on lightly over rest of bulb for antiqued look.
- Fold 5x4 felt in half. Cuff 1 end 2 times and glue. Tie other end with wire about an inch from top and cut fringe. Glue hat onto bulb.
- Glue 2 small rusty bells below fringe.
- Glue on carrot for nose, buttons and the scarf.
- Paint 2 small dots for eyes.
- Spread snow onto top and sides of hat, base, sides of bulb and scarf.

Felt of choice, small jingle bells, Folk Art Enamel paint- Ivory, black, and orange, sponge brush, hot glue
- Sponge ivory paint onto light bulb. Use end of paintbrush to dot eyes and mouth with black paint. Paint on carrot nose. *Refer to photo
- Cut piece of felt into small rectangle for hat. Fold one end for cuff and glue. Fold over and glue seam. Tie top and cut fringe.

Candy cane chenille, button, 8mm google eyes, sponge brush, and hot glue
- Sponge Skin tone paint onto light bulb, 2 hearts, and wood button.
- Glue on google eyes, paint cheeks and with fine tipped paintbrush, paint mouth, and freckles.
- Glue hearts upside down to sides of head for ears
- Fold a piece of felt around bottom of bulb. Scallop bottom edge of felt. Glue in place and embellish with button and candy cane chenille.
- Cut piece of felt into small rectangle for hat. Fold one end for cuff and glue. Fold over and glue seam. Tie top and cut fringe. Glue faux fur to cuff.
